PREMA IC PR2101

Without any additional electrical components, PR2101 provides output voltages of 5 V for input voltages up to 80 V (deviation < 30 ppm). Within the temperature range from -40 to 120°C, the stability of the output voltage is about 0.5 %.

A quiescent current of less than 50 µV makes the PR2101 suitable for ultra-low power electronics.

Beside the supply of external components, in principle, the mode of operation is used also in other ASIC or ASSP.

The PR2101 protects voltage sensitive components against voltage peaks that frequently occur in power grids.
