PREMA IC PR4403

The LED driver PR4403 can be controlled by an additional ON/OFF pin.

Using the ON/OFF pin, the LED driver is suitable for operating solar lamps that switch on after sunset automatically. A solar cell in combination with a recharchable battery enables a on-going operation. An additional photodiode becomes dispensable.

Furthermore, the PR4403 prevents depth discharge that extends the life time especially from NiMH-batteries.
