These are enormously challenging times for everyone as we care for our families and deal with the overall stresses of the global pandemic and the “new normal” of changing conditions at home and work, as the entire world battles COVID-19.
PREMA is recognized as a Essential Supplier. We are working in compliance with our federal governments guidelines and are committed to providing safe and high quality products to all of our valued customers.
PREMA is focused on protecting the health and safety of our employees, partners and customers, while continuing to deliver on our commitments. We want to assure you that PREMA's business is fully operational. We are continuing to design, produce and ship products and provide support, and we are here to discuss your project and solution needs. We are closely monitoring any potential disruptions in our supply chains to ensure continuity of supply and will notify our customers immediately of any impact to their scheduled deliveries.
The rapidly spreading pandemic and increasing national restrictions have their effects on global logistics. Keeping standard transit times becomes ever more challenging despite best efforts. PREMA continues to co-operate with their forwarders to secure sufficient amount of freight capacity and has also started to apply early shipment procedure as a preliminary precaution whenever possible.
