Your Sensor with a Custom IC

Your Sensor with a Custom IC

PREMA's bipolar process allows the design of low-noise and low-offset amplifiers that are the ideal interface to many sensors, like shunt resistors, current transducers, or sensors in Wheatstone bridge configuration.

The amplifier can be combined with frequency filters, integrators, precision rectifiers, current sources or voltage regulators, as well as with an analog or digital output driver.

  • For low-impedance sensors, our bipolar process is the optimum choice for low-noise signal amplifiers

  • For high-impedance sensors we can use CMOS transistors of our BCD process.

Saving space is often a critical requirement for sensors. A custom solution opens many ways which are not possible with standard ICs. Let us discuss how we can combine your sensor and the ASIC in the best way to form one compact system.
